Sparkling Wine from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
Obtained from the cold skin maceration of cabernet sauvignon grapes and aging sur lies, it has an intense pinkish color, with a fruity fragrance that recalls marasca cherry and wild berries. It is dry, harmonious and tasty in the mouth.
The Cabernet Sauvignon vine has Bordeaux origin, especially from the Médoc and Graves areas. It is one of the most widespread vines in the world and is particularly versatile; in fact, in addition to intense and long-lived red wines, it lends itself to the production of rose wines. It has spread in the province of Treviso throughout the last century, despite being a climate-sensitive grape due to its sensitivity to winter frost.
