Red Wine
Obtained from a selection of our merlot grapes, it is red with purple reflections when young, and has an intense, vinous, slightly spicy aroma; it is dry, clean and warm in the mouth.
Merlot is a black berry vine, originating from the Gironde, in the South-West of France, and in particular of the Bordeaux area. In Italy, Merlot came in the late 1800s, in Friuli Venezia-Giulia, and then spread rapidly in Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige where it found ideal environmental conditions, but it is now widespread in many other regions, with surprising results.

Bunch: medium, pyramidal, more or less sparse, with one or two wings. The berry is medium, round blue-black. The peel is of medium consistency covered with abundant bloom.
Average bunch weight: 350 gr
Its harmonious roundness allows it to be combined with savory first courses, roasts and grilled meat and fish.
The serving temperature should be 17-18 ° C, uncorking the bottle 30 minutes before serving, to ensure proper oxygenation. The large ballon type glass is preferred.
