Made from Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 grapes, it is citrus yellow in color with greenish reflections and has a fine and delicate bouquet; it is dry, harmonious and persistent in the mouth, thanks also to the refinement on the noble lees.
The Manzoni Bianco or Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 is a native Treviso vine, obtained by flowering of Rhine Riesling with pollen from Pinot Bianco, created by prof. Luigi Manzoni between 1924 and 1930 in Conegliano. Today it is cultivated mainly in the province of Treviso where it expresses the best of its characteristics.

Bunch: conical – cylindrical, small, with a wing, medium compact. Yellow grape tending to golden with slightly aromatic pulp.

Excellent companion to tasty fish-based dishes, it also goes very well with soups, risottos and casseroles.
The serving temperature should not be lower than 10 ° C to be able to taste it at its best. 12/13 ° C is preferred and the glass must be large, like a ballon.
