Straw yellow with golden reflections, it has a fine and delicate bouquet with fruity scents, thanks to the primary fermentation conducted at a controlled temperature that preserves all the organoleptic characteristics; it is harmonious, sapid and fragrant in the mouth.
Chardonnay is a vine native to France, specifically from Burgundy and Champagne. It has spread rapidly throughout northern Italy, particularly in areas with a sparkling wine vocation.
