Obtained from a selection of our cabernet franc grapes, it is intense red on a garnet background and has a vinous aroma with an elegant green hint; it is dry, clean and warm in the mouth.
The Cabernet franc grape originates in the Gironde area, in France. It is very present in the north-east, in particular in Friuli, in Trentino and in Veneto.

Bunch: medium, pyramidal, semi-sparse, winged. Berry of variable size due to the difficulty of pollination, generally medium, spheroid. The skin is very resistant, blue-black in color, very pruinose.
Average bunch weight: 270 gr
It goes well with grilled red meats, game and mature cheeses. Also excellent with strong dishes such as stewed or fried eel and Vicenza-style cod.
The serving temperature must be 17-18 ° C, to enhance the aromas. The large ballon type glass is preferred.
