Obtained from a selection of our Cabernet Franc grapes, it has an intense red color tending to garnet with aging and a slightly herbaceous vinous aroma with spicy and vanilla scents after aging in French oak. It is dry, full-bodied, with the right tannins in the mouth.
The Cabernet Franc vine originates in the Gironde area, in France. It is very present in the north-east, in particular in Friuli, in Trentino and in Veneto.

Bunch: medium, pyramidal, semi-sparse, winged. Berry of variable size due to the difficulty of pollination, generally medium, spheroid. The skin is very resistant, blue-black in color, very pruinose.

It goes well with grilled red meat, game and hard cheeses.
The serving temperature must be 17-18 ° C, to enhance the aromas. The large ballon type glass is preferred.
